Cleaning - Grading

After screening process, 90% extraneous matters such as plant parts, rodent, fragments ot stones, dirt and dust... are separated. Moreover, thanks to the magnetic part of the machine, metals mixing with peppers are also removed.

Peppers after screening have diameters varied from 2.5 mm to 6.5 mm and are categorized in 4:
- Ø 2.5 mm - Ø 4.5 mm
- Ø 4.5 mm - Ø 4.9 mm
- Ø 4.9 mm - Ø 5.5 mm
- Lager than Ø 5.5 mm
